Re-using guests and continued collaborations with external parties.

"We've already had them on a few times, why bring them back on?"

It's a natural school of thought to go through. That said, we're thinking about content collabs all wrong.

Many of them are transactional, 1 timers. They're a give-get largely aimed at grabbing some audience from an influencer. That's so much fun! (*joking)

Real collabs don't change the world or your email list overnight. They're slow burners like a perfect roast dinner. They add incremental gains over time, they build familiarity and positive sentiment. They become more valuable as you continue with them.

Bring your guests back on.
